Molly is a dedicated gymnastics coach and 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a degree in childhood education. Passionate about making movement accessible to all, Molly brings her love for joyful, inclusive practices to both kids and adults. Her mission is to inspire self-love and well-being through creative and supportive yoga and gymnastics experiences for everyone in her community.
