Happy Body Wellness Fest at Climbing Bines
An all-day celebration of
Movement, health & Wellness
Climbing Bines & Happy Body are collaborating & bringing you a FULL DAY of yoga, movement, meditation, sound healing & health services in the beautiful event pavilion on Seneca Lake.
There will be movement offerings & health services for folks of all ages in a fun, festival like atmosphere!
FLX Vegan will be serving up awesome vegan food for purchase from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
There will also be a community sponsored healthy grazing table filled with fruits, nuts, vegetables & healthy snacks for you to nosh on throughout the day at no cost to you! Infused waters free to enjoy as well.
Craft ales, local wines, hop water, prebiotic pop, kombucha, and FLX Popcorn will be available to purchase from Climbing Bines at the pavilion bar and in the tasting room throughout the day.
We will also be joined by some fabulous vendors, community organizations & health & wellness services!

We look forward to moving with you! With such a wide array of amazing offerings, we encourage you to try new things and enjoy all kinds of movement, sound healing, and breathing practices throughout the day. Feel free to come and go from offerings as you please-respectfully, perhaps setting up on the perimeter if you plan to be in and out. We appreciate your consideration and can't wait to welcome you to our 2024 Wellness Fest.

Join Coach Scott for a 30 minute 'Get to Know Your Body' wake-up warm up session designed to bring awareness and focus to the parts and to wake you up for a day of personal adventure.

Beginner Friendly Gently Yoga
A great class for brand new yogis, a good refresher for those who haven't been on the mat in a while or just a nice gentle session to start your day! We will start small, moving slowly, and sweetly throughout. Exploring laying, seated, kneeling and standing postures. Everything is adjustable and you are in control of your practice.

Mini & Me Yoga
For children ages 4-7 and their grown-ups! The main goal of mini and me yoga is to bring children joy along with the parents! Children's yoga can help kiddos and their adults harness the power of positive thinking together. This mini and me event is great for spending the quality time together we're all looking for with our littles.

Family Yoga: Mindful Tradition
This half hour long class for the whole family is a fun way to practice yoga that engages the children and gives the parent a chance to practice on the mat. The class will be a mixture of poses, music, yoga games, breathing and relaxation that is age appropriate and fun for the parents as well. You will leave this class with mindfulness tools to support your family and some movement practices that you can continue to explore as a family.

Singing Bowl, Relaxation & Meditation
Immerse yourself in a serene and rejuvenating experience with Singing Bowl, Relaxation & Meditation. This session invites you to unwind and find inner peace through the soothing sounds of singing bowls, guided relaxation techniques, and mindful meditation practices. Release stress, harmonize your energy, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and well-being.

Guided Meditation Walk
Get grounded into all 5 senses with Irene as she guides you around the Climbing Bines property. This gently meditation and nature walk will encourage you to tune into your 5 physical senses, as well as the sensations in your mental and emotional bodies. Great for any age and any experience level with meditation.

Zumba
Celebrate the joy of movement through dance! Zumba provides a nourishing way to appreciate your body as you move and groove to music with people around you. This session will have a variety of music and simple dance moves to enjoy from a standing or seated position. Bring sneakers and water. This class is suitable for all bodies and abilities.

Chair Yoga & Breathing
Discover the gentle yet powerful benefits of Chair Yoga & Breathing with Geneva Breathes and Molly. This session is perfect for individuals of all ages and mobility levels, offering accessible yoga postures and calming breathing techniques that can be performed from the comfort of a chair. Join us to enhance your flexibility, improve your respiratory health, and cultivate a sense of tranquility.

Dynamic Stretching
In the afternoon Scott will be leading us in a dynamic stretch session, guiding us through movements that can help invigorate our bodies and bring awareness to our movements.

Body Love Yoga: Mindful Tradition
Body Love Yoga is about falling in love with your physical form. To honor and praise it. To find a deep appreciation for it. You can be at any stage of a relationship with yourself to come to class. You may know you are a divine being gracing this earth with your presence, or you may be experiencing guilt or shame about the skin you're in. Either way, this class will help you remove the blocks keeping you from loving your body and support you on your journey of body love.

Static and Partner Stretching
For our closing stretch session we will be guided through a deeper static stretch with the option to work with a partner or on our own. You can bring your own partner or find one during the day.

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing
You can expect to slow way down during Amanda's Yin Yoga and sound healing class. Holding your poses longer and tuning inward you will find your tensions melt away. Amanda will help remind you to focus on your breath as it guides you through each posture. Yin Yoga is very beneficial for stress reduction, improving circulation, relaxing your emotions and more. While you relax into your poses let the wave of the sound bowls flow over you. Sound healing helps improve your mood, relax your mind and reduce your stress/pain.
