Join Happy Body's Gentle Yoga most Saturdays from 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM for a slow, sweet yoga & self-love practice.

We will alternate between 'Fully FREE Yoga' & 'Contribute What You Can Yoga'.
Fully Free Yoga is my gift to you, you are so deserving & I adore sharing the gift of yoga with you.
Contribute What You Can Yoga helps me continue to acquire props to help support our practice.
If you mix up the weeks, no worries. I do ask no $ is exchanged on FREE days, you can put it in your pocket for the following week. :)
