Perfect for all ages and mobility levels, this free, inclusive class offers a wonderful opportunity to enhance your flexibility and well-being in a supportive and accessible setting. Experience the joy of yoga from the comfort of a chair, practice standing poses with the support of chair and connect with your community in a welcoming environment.


No experience required, you are welcome to just show up.


Please note there will be no class 7/29, 8/26, 9/16 or 11/25.
