Active yoga is more intermediate level yoga practice than Molly's typical beginner friendly gentle yoga.
These classes might be right for more experienced yogis and those looking to get their sweat on a little, but still end with a sweet, comfy shavasana.
In active yoga as always, you are in charge of creating your own experience and can pick and choose what is right for you. Expect to be offered more vinyasa opportunities, longer sustains of powerful poses, and chances to play with balance & core strength.
We might occasionally use props like bands or hand weights to intensify our practice. It's all optional & customizable, so you can find what makes you feel strongest & most alive!
